1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and App Pro ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the App Pro mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Description of Service

App Pro is a mobile application that provides:

• Paper template generation and customization
• PDF creation and export functionality
• Network and Bluetooth printer integration
• AI-powered content suggestions and enhancements
• Cloud storage for templates and projects

4. User Account

4.1 Account Creation

Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

5.1 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

5.2 Consumable Purchases

• Credits and tokens are non-refundable once purchased.
• Consumable items cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Unused credits may expire as specified at the time of purchase.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or use the "Report a Problem" feature in your purchase history.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to create, upload, or share content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonates any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7.2 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the App, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Share your account with others or sell access to your account
• Use the App to infringe on the rights of others

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., printers, cloud services). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results from using the App will meet your requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless App Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any part of the App at any time
• Update these Terms at any time
• Change pricing for subscriptions with advance notice

Continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and App Pro regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
