Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms apply to auto-renewable subscriptions (such as Nova PRO) purchased inside Nova (operated by Linyi Xiaohai Network Technology Co., Ltd.), and supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription & Pricing
- Nova offers one or more auto-renewable subscription options (for example, weekly, monthly, or annual Nova PRO). The exact plan names, durations, benefits, and prices in your local currency are shown on the subscription screen in the App before you confirm a purchase.
- Prices may vary by region and may change over time; any change will be presented to you in the App before it takes effect.
2. Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3. Payment
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store; Nova does not receive or store your payment-card details.
4. Free Trials & Introductory Offers
If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Eligibility for offers is determined by Apple.
5. Managing & Canceling Your Subscription
- You can manage or cancel your subscription, or turn off auto-renewal, in your device settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or via the App Store account page.
- To avoid being charged for the next period, turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Removing or deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
6. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's policies. Requests can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
7. Apple Standard EULA
Unless a custom end-user license agreement applies, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard licensed-application end-user license agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
